Refund policy
Rendering a video costs real money, so the rule is simple: if we fail to deliver, you keep your credits. You should not have to email anyone to get them back.
Failed renders — refunded automatically
If the model cannot finish your video, the credits for that job return to your balance by themselves, and the failure is recorded on the job so you can see what happened. Nothing is deducted for a render that did not produce a file.
Unused credits — refundable on request
If you have not spent any of the credits in a pack, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@burningbridgesai.info from the address on the account, and include the order reference.
What is not refundable
- Credits you have already spent on a video that was delivered, even if you do not like the result. AI video is variable — the same photo can give different takes, and we say so before you spend anything.
- Part of a pack that has been partly used. Refunds cover whole packs only, in the window above.
- Payment provider fees that are not returned to us.
How long it takes
We answer refund requests within 5 working days. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method through the merchant of record; how fast it appears is up to your bank.
