Acceptable use policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
This tool puts a real person's face into a generated video. That is only reasonable when the person in the photo is fine with it, so the rules below are enforced, not decorative.
You must have permission
- Upload photos of yourself, freely.
- Upload photos of a friend or family member only if they have agreed to appear.
- Upload a photo of a pet you own, or have permission to use.
- Upload your own character or avatar.
Never allowed
- Public figures. No celebrities, politicians, musicians or anyone else whose likeness you do not control. This is not a deepfake tool.
- Anyone under 18. No photos of children, at all.
- Sexual or intimate content, real or implied, and any non-consensual or humiliating depiction of a real person.
- Harassment, hate or threats, or content meant to deceive people into thinking something real happened.
- Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Automated abuse: bulk accounts, bots, reselling access, or scraping the service.
What we do about it
We will remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may keep records where the law requires it. Credits are not refunded when an account is closed for a breach.
Reporting a photo or video of you
If someone has made a video using your photo without your agreement, email support@burningbridgesai.info with a link to it. We take these reports first, and we will remove the content and act on the account.
This is a draft. It matches how the product is meant to be used, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.
